If released, a 10-second countdown begins, after which a trained operator is alerted and receives the senior’s real-time location and important profile details.

Seniors can add personal notes to their profile, giving trained agents context to provide first responders. Emergency contacts, like family members or neighbors, can also be added, so they’re notified if an event is verified. This combination of features allows seniors to maintain their independence while knowing help is close and informed should the need arise.

• Health concerns at home: Seniors can activate Safety Button for swift assistance. Even if unable to speak, their location and any notes are shared by trained agents with emergency responders.

• Running errands alone: While shopping or out in the community, a senior who feels threatened or needs urgent help can activate the Safety Button with confidence. Professional agents can dispatch responders, and the senior’s emergency contacts will be alerted.

• Uncertain situations: If a senior notices suspicious activity while home alone or traveling, they can silently and discreetly press Safety Button to connect with a trained operator. Help can be dispatched day or night, without the need for a phone call or conversation.
