How can we help?

To find the support number for your service provider, you can follow the steps below:

If you have trouble reaching your service provider, email Alarm.com at wecare@alarm.com.

Your service provider is your first point of contact for billing, service plan changes, system troubleshooting, equipment, and technical support. If you're having trouble reaching your service provider, please email us at wecare@alarm.com. We're happy to help.
